This app is called 3 Good Things. This app is available on Apple. This app helps children who are feeling low in their mood. Their motto is In just 5 minutes a day, increase your happiness and rewire you brain to focus on the positive.

This app is called Breathe Think Do. This app is available on Apple and Android. This app is perfect for younger children. Its very interactive and helps them understand and recognise their emotions. It guides them through on how to make themselves feel better. So if your younger child is struggling with their emotions try Breathe Think Do.
