Sleep is as natural as breathing, yet modern life and work often disrupts its gentle rhythms. If you or a colleague find sleep challenging, this course offers practical advice to help you rediscover the art of sleeping well.

  • Sleep Hygiene: Learn effective practices and debunk myths that may hinder your sleep.
  • Mechanics of Sleep: Gain insights into how sleep works and how this knowledge can improve your sleep quality.
