Our Burnout Awareness Training equips participants with the knowledge and tools to identify, prevent, and manage burnout effectively.

  • Triggers in Education: Explore the unique challenges in education that can lead to burnout. 
  • Personality Traits and Discomfort Tolerance: Understand how certain personality traits and discomfort tolerance levels influence burnout risk. 
  • Burnout Awareness & Prevention: Develop self-awareness and learn strategies for making healthier choices. 
  • Communicating with Colleagues: Gain skills for having supportive and effective conversations with colleagues experiencing burnout. 
  • Signposting and Support: Identify appropriate resources and professional support options confidently.
