This training session is designed to equip managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and lead through periods of change effectively. By understanding the psychological impacts of change and learning practical strategies to support their teams; managers will cultivate a healthier, more resilient workplace environment.
What you can expect from this training:
- Understanding Change: Understand the nature of change and its impact on individuals and organisations.
- Recognise Stress and Declining Wellbeing: Identify signs and symptoms of stress and declining mental well-being in yourself and team members. Notice thoughts, feelings, behaviours and appearances that may indicate someone is struggling.
- Resistance to Change: Explore common reasons for resistance and learn how to address them constructively.
- Enhanced Resilience & Care: Develop strategies to support both personal and team resilience.
- Managerial Responsibilities: Familiarise yourself with HSE standards involving change and their implications for you and your staff.
- Improved Communication: Gain confidence in having difficult conversations and creating safe spaces for discussions.
- Signposting & Support: Provide resources for managing change and guidance on where to seek professional help.
