Menopause Awareness Training is designed to educate all staff that work in education settings on the physiological, psychological and social aspects of menopause. By increasing understanding and providing practical strategies, this training aims to reduce stigma, enhance employee well-being, and promote inclusivity.

- Support Well-being: Offer strategies to support the physical and mental well-being of menopausal staff and colleagues.
- Improve Communication: Enhance communication between SLT and staff regarding menopause-related issues.
- Policy Development: Guide schools in developing menopause-friendly policies and practices.
