- Creating a Supportive Environment: Practical strategies for fostering a culture of openness and support around mental health. Encouraging proactive mental health conversations and normalise discussions about well-being in regular check-ins or team meetings.
- Managing Stress and Promoting Resilience: Tools for helping teams manage stress, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and build resilience. Explore ways to reduce workplace stressors and promote a healthy, balanced work environment.
- Legal Responsibilities and Ethical Considerations: A review of managers’ responsibilities regarding mental health under workplace policies and legal frameworks, such as the HSE management standards and Equality Act 2010.
