Our Stress Less Training empowers participants with the knowledge and tools to identify, manage and reduce stress effectively. Participants can expect an engaging and comprehensive training session that includes interactive activities, self-assessment exercises and practical tools for managing stress. The training will provide actionable strategies to help participants recognise and reduce stress, improve their resilience and enhance their overall well-being. By the end of the session, participants will feel empowered to take control of their stress and support a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

What you can expect from this training: 

  • Understanding Stress: Learn about the nature of stress, its sources and how it affects the body and mind.
  • Recognising Stress: Identify personal stressors and stress signatures, and understand the physical, emotional and behavioural signs of stress.
  • Psychology of Stress: Explore the cognitive aspects of stress, including how thoughts and beliefs influence stress levels.
  • Workplace Stress: Understand common workplace stressors and develop strategies to manage stress in a professional environment.
  • Coping Strategies: Discover practical techniques for stress reduction, including grounding exercises, problem-solving and building a personal stress reduction toolkit.
