Our Working with Worries Training provides participants with strategies to manage and reduce worry, enhancing overall mental wellbeing.

Participants can expect an engaging and practical session that includes interactive activities, discussions, and self-assessment exercises. The training will provide actionable strategies to help participants manage their worries, improve their focus and enhance their overall mental wellbeing. By the end of the session, participants will feel empowered to take control of their worries and support a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

What you can expect from this training: 

  • Understanding Worry: Learn about the nature of worry, why we worry and the impact it has on our lives.
  • Types of Worry: Identify and differentiate between practical worries, hypothetical worries and worries about worrying.
  • Managing Worry: Discover techniques for managing different types of worries, including worry postponement, problem-solving and grounding exercises.
  • Mindfulness and Attention Training: Explore mindfulness practices and attention training to help break the habit of worrying and stay focused on the present moment.
  • Self-Compassion: Develop self-compassion and learn to listen to your inner friend rather than your inner critic.
